  We recommend using our Heavy Duty Hanging Chain Kits with this bracket system, especially when mounting large or thick targets, to ensure safe and reliable performance.

Recommended Setup Guidelines:
We recommend using 1.8m long legs and a 1.8m crossbar made from 70x35mm timber. This strikes a strong balance between frame size and load capacity. If you're planning to run 16mm AR500 gongs or extra-large plates, we recommend upgrading to the 90x45 Fixed Gong Frame Bracket Kit for a more robust frame. Feel free to experiment with different timber size lengths depending on what’s available at your local hardware store.
