Warranty Terms and Conditions
Stag Point Industries offers a 12-month limited warranty on select products (exclusions apply), subject to the following terms and conditions.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers the following:
- Weld Breakage: Any weld breakage resulting from normal use of the product.
- Manufacturing Defects: Parts of a product that do not fit together as designed due to a manufacturing defect.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Misuse of the product, including but not limited to use with calibres exceeding the target’s rating.
- Paint and protective coatings.
- Target plates, gongs, and target profiles.
- Products not manufactured by Stag Point Industries.
- Products and components not listed under Warranty Coverage.
Warranty Resolution
If an issue arises, Stag Point Industries will, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the defective part(s) or the entire product if any parts do not fit together as designed.
- Replace the defective part(s) or the entire product in the event of weld breakage.
Warranty Process
To make a warranty claim:
- Provide proof of purchase.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue.
- Provide at least three (3) photos of the issue.
- Submit your claim for processing to shane@stagpointindustries.com.
Stag Point Industries reserves the right to inspect the product to determine eligibility for warranty coverage.
Denied Claims
- Stag Point Industries reserves the right to deny warranty claims if the terms and conditions are not fully satisfied.
- We do not take any responsibility for denied claims.
