The 70x35 Plate Rack Rubber Strap Target Hanger is a suspended target mounting solution designed to reduce frame impacts from missed shots while maintaining a vertical target position at all times. This system utilizes the bolt hanger body in an inverted mounting position and replaces the standard direct bolt mounting with a reinforced rubber strap, allowing the target to hang lower than the 70x35 crossbar, similar to the steel strap hanger.

The rubber strap serves as the recoil device, allowing the target to move freely when struck. However, unlike rigid steel mounts, this setup does not offer a rapid reset—the target takes a few seconds to return to its original static position after impact.
