Product Overview:
This 8mm AR500 Standard Arm Plate is a centre-fire rated replacement for Stag Point Industries’ Alpha Texas Star or upgraded systems. The straight-profile design fits any of the five main positions on the central rotating hub and is engineered for repeated impact from handgun calibres, light rifles, and shotgun (bird/buck only).

Each arm can be rotated and reused on the reverse face to extend service life. Once both faces are worn or cratered, simply replace with another matching arm plate.

📌 Upgrade Use – Convert to Centre-Fire
Users with lower-rated Texas Star systems can upgrade to centre-fire use by replacing mild or AR450 arms with 8mm AR500 arms, along with a matching AR500 centre face plate and centre-fire rated target paddles.
✅ Example: Convert a Cadet Mild Steel Star into a full centre-fire Alpha-rated setup.
⚠️ All target zone components must be upgraded to match calibre rating. Do not mismatch materials.

Rated for:
– Handgun (centre-fire): 15 metres minimum
– Light Rifles (.223, 5.56, .300 BLK): 50 metres minimum (not recommended – violent ejection may damage the retainer plate)
– Shotgun (birdshot/buckshot only): 20 metres minimum
• Max Energy: 1,500 ft-lbs • Max Velocity: 2,750 fps • Min Velocity: 750 fps
⚠️ Not rated for heavy rifle calibres or slug loads. Subsonic rounds may not reliably actuate paddles. Inspect and rotate arms as needed.
