Drop-Tree Paddle - 100MM Round Profile (6MM AR450)
100mm Drop-Tree Paddle β 6mm AR450 Armour Steel
Durable Drop Paddle for All Drop-Tree Systems
The 100mm Drop-Tree Paddle is designed for use with all Drop-Tree target systems, offering superior durability and impact resistance compared to mild steel paddles. Constructed from 6mm AR450 armour steel, this paddle ensures smooth, consistent flipping action within the Drop-Tree track system, making it ideal for .22LR, .22 Magnum, .17 HMR, air rifles, and shotgun birdshot.
Unlike a Dueling Tree, where paddles flip side to side, Drop-Tree paddles descend with each shot, forcing the shooter to track downward. This eliminates recoil-riding tactics, ensuring better sight tracking and target engagement.
π‘ Why Choose This Drop Paddle?
The 6mm AR450 steel construction significantly extends paddle lifespan, making it ideal for high-volume training. This paddle is recommended for .22LR shooters needing more durability and those using .22 Magnum or .17 HMR.
π When used with AR450-armoured Drop-Trees, this paddle aligns with the systemβs overall rating, ensuring maximum longevity and reliable operation.
π All systems are rated to their weakest component. If using this AR450 drop paddle with an unarmoured Drop-Tree (mild steel spine), the system remains limited to the mild steel rating. Similarly, if used with an Alpha Drop-Tree (8mm AR500 system), the overall rating is reduced to the weakest componentβthe 6mm AR450 paddle rating.
