✔ Calibre Rating – Suitable for most centrefire calibres. Not rated for centrefire magnums.
Safety & Minimum Distance Recommendation:
🔴 Minimum Safe Distance: 100m – For all firearms, we recommend a minimum engagement distance of 100 metres. The star picket is the weakest point of the system and is made from soft steel, which may cause bullet fragmentation to deflect in erratic directions when struck. While the target plate is angled for controlled downward fragmentation, impact on the star picket may result in unpredictable ricochets. Adhering to this minimum distance helps maintain safe operation while preserving controlled fragmentation.
⚠️ Designed for optimal performance at longer distances – Most users engage steel targets beyond 100m, so this limitation should not affect typical practical use.
