Product Overview:
The 8mm AR500 Armour Add-On Arm Kit is designed for serious centre-fire applications. These L-shaped arms are CNC cut from 8mm AR500 and bolt directly into the same hub locations as your standard arms, positioned evenly between existing arms to create a full 10-arm Texas Star layout.

Ideal for use with handguns, light rifles, and shotguns, these arms offer exceptional resistance to deformation and pitting, even during sustained use with centre-fire calibres. Each arm is fully reversible – once the front surface shows visible wear or cratering, simply unbolt and rotate the arm to use the clean reverse face.

📌 Best paired with the Alpha Texas Star System or other setups rated for centre-fire use with AR500 components.

⚠️ Do not install these arms on a mild steel or AR450-rated system unless all components match calibre and material safety. Your system is only as strong as its weakest component.

Rated for Handgun (.22LR–.45 ACP), Light Rifle (.223, 5.56, .300 BLK), and Shotgun (Bird/Buck only)
– Handgun (centre-fire): 15 metres minimum
– Light Rifles (.223, 5.56, .300 BLK): 50 metres minimum (not recommended – violent ejection may damage the retainer plate)
– Shotgun (birdshot/buckshot only): 20 metres minimum
• Max Velocity: 2,750 fps • Max Energy: 1,500 ft-lbs
⚠️ Subsonic rounds may not reliably eject paddles. Regularly inspect arms for wear and rotate as needed to prolong life.
